David was a former Denver prosecutor for many years. He has represented people accused of various crimes ranging from DUI’s, to sexual assault, among other felonies and misdemeanors in numerous courts across Colorado.

David frequently represents crime victims in the civil justice system. David enjoys pursuing civil justice when people have been damaged through the misconduct of others. David 's practice also encompasses the representation of victims who have been injured through the negligence and medical negligence of other persons and entities, and the representation of persons involved in commercial disputes.
